Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") constitute a contract between you and Vivid Technology Limited ("Meelvo," "Service," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Meelvo mobile application and website services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"). We may modify this agreement from time to time, and such modifications shall become effective upon being posted on our mobile application and website. We may notify you of these changes via email or through the mobile application or website. By continuing to use the Services after any modifications are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. This agreement includes policies regarding acceptable use and content, your rights and obligations, and restrictions for using the mobile application and website.

If you are under 18, you may not download or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect or retain information from children under 18. Be cautious about the information you post on our Services and provide to other members. Your profile must not contain nudity, violence, or offensive images or text. Other members’ posts may include inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive materials, products, or services. We assume no responsibility or liability for such materials.

1. Introduction

1.1 Before using our software program and related documentation ("Application") and any services provided through the Application ("Services"), please carefully review these Terms of Service ("Terms") to ensure you understand them. The Application and Services are collectively referred to as ("Products").

1.3 You may only use the Products in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. You may only use the Products if you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with us. This is a legal agreement between you and Vivid Technology Limited ("us") for your use of the Products on your device. By registering to use the Products, you enter into this agreement with us. If you disagree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time, you must stop using the Products.

1.4 Our Products are continually evolving. Therefore, we may modify the Products at any time at our discretion. We may temporarily or permanently cease providing the Products or any feature within them. We also reserve the right to impose limits on usage and storage or remove or reject any content on the Services at our sole discretion. Certain paid features may also be offered; by using or paying for these features, you agree to any additional terms applicable to them.

2. Your Account

You may provide personal profile information, such as photos, information, names, or other data. Refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle this information.

We may collect data about your activity on the Services, including pages viewed, profiles interacted with, features used, purchases made, coins balance, and connections established. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

3. Content and Conduct

You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to review and remove any content, messages, photos, profiles, videos, or audio (collectively referred to as "Content") at our sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for any content you post or display on the Service ("Post") or transmit to other members.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

3.1 Content that is clearly offensive and promotes racism, sexism, prejudice, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; content that is obscene, pornographic, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable to human dignity; or any content depicting physical violence or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.

3.2 Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person, or includes language that may reasonably be deemed offensive or that could harass, disturb, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.

3.3 Content involving the dissemination of "spam," "chain letters," unsolicited mass mailings, or "junk mail," or pyramid schemes.

3.4 Content that promotes information you know is false or misleading, or content that promotes illegal activities or abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous behavior.

3.5 Content containing restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).

3.6 Content that exploits individuals under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.

3.7 Content that provides instructions about illegal activities, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.

3.8 Content that solicits personal identifying information from other users for commercial or unlawful purposes; or involves commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from us, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.

3.9 You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not include any phone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, usernames for social platforms, or email addresses in publicly accessible member profiles.

3.10 You may not advertise or solicit anyone to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You may not send chain letters or spam to other members. While we cannot monitor user conduct outside the app and website, using any information obtained from the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without their prior explicit consent, constitutes a violation of these rules. To protect our members from such advertising or solicitation, we reserve the right to limit the number of messages a member may send to others within any specified period, as we deem appropriate at our discretion.

3.11 You may not impersonate any other user or individual.

Prohibited Activities

3.12 Using the product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3.13 Using the product in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or any Service.

3.14 Using the product to distribute worms, viruses, or any destructive or malicious code.

3.15 Attempting to hack, disrupt, or adapt our website, app (or its source code), or any Service, or falsely implying an association between other websites, apps, or services and our products.

3.16 Using or accessing the product in any way other than through the interface provided or authorized by us.

3.17 You may only use your own photos as profile pictures, must not misrepresent your age, and may not impersonate another person or otherwise create a false profile.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or deactivation of your account.

4. Your Data

4.1 We process and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 You understand that we may use carrier-distributed mobile messaging (SMS) to verify ownership of registered phone numbers associated with the app or Service. We conduct this verification in accordance with the carrier's privacy policy.

4.3 We will make reasonable efforts to store or otherwise retain your content related to the product.

4.4 You may choose to submit comments, suggestions, or feedback ("Feedback") about the product via feedback channels provided or the "Reviews" page in app stores. You agree that we have an exclusive license to all rights to such Feedback and may use it for any commercial or other purposes without compensation or attribution to you or anyone else. We are not obligated to treat any Feedback as confidential. You acknowledge that you will not acquire any rights to the product (or any modifications, changes, or corrections) by providing Feedback. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright of any material you submit.

5. Third Parties

This application may integrate software and other technologies owned and controlled by third parties, and it may also contain such software and technologies. Any such third-party software or technology included in this application is subject to these Terms.

6. Termination

By You

6.1 You may terminate your use of this application and/or services at any time by deleting your account.

By Us

6.2 Without limiting any other remedies, we may immediately, and automatically (with or without notice), restrict, suspend, deactivate, or terminate these Terms, your account, and/or your use of all or part of the application and/or services if we believe you are or may be:

1. Violating any provision of these Terms;

2. Causing or threatening to cause us any legal liability (actual or potential);

3. Failing to pay for premium services and/or any paid content and items;

4. Infringing on third-party intellectual property or personal rights or engaging in any prohibited activities listed above;

5. Participating in prohibited conduct as listed above, including but not limited to child abuse, prostitution, pornography, discrimination based on age, gender, gender characteristics, race, nationality, occupation, political stance, religion, fraud, or use of illegal drugs or substances.

Consequences of Termination

6.3 If your account is terminated for any reason by you or us, your license to use the services will immediately cease. Any services you may have purchased will be terminated, and all paid content in your account will be deleted. Upon account termination, you will not be entitled to any refunds for paid content or services associated with your account before termination.

7. Subscriptions

7.1 Subscriptions

You can purchase different subscription packages, and for all mobile subscriptions, payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google account when you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your iTunes or Google account settings. You may not cancel the current subscription during the subscription period, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Purchase subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the subscription has expired or terminated. We may change the purchase price of a subscription and the features included in the subscription at any time. We reserve the right to stop issuing subscriptions at any time and set a subscription expiration date.

7.2 Cancellation of subscriptions

If you cancel your subscription, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current subscription period, but after that period, your subscription will not renew.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the application or services, your inability to use the application or services, or any failure within the application or services. Your access and use of the services and application, or any content therein, is at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that the services are provided to you "as is" and "as available."

8.2 If we are liable for any incident, such liability is limited to direct damages only. This means we are not responsible for consequential, indirect, or reputational damages, losses, deletion, destruction, or damage to your rights, data, personal information, or device.

8.3 The above liability limitations do not apply if the damages are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Miscellaneous

Your use of the mobile application and website constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. Becoming a member of the services also signifies your acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and the services regarding the use of the mobile application, website, and/or services. Failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions.
